1. Who we are
MediGrow360 (“we”, “us”) is a digital marketing agency for healthcare practices, operated from Maharashtra, India, and part of SerpWize.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through medigrow360.com, how we use it and what choices you have. You can reach us at info@medigrow360.com.
2. Please do not send patient information
This website is for business enquiries from practices and professionals. Do not put patient names, diagnoses, medical records or other protected health information in any form, WhatsApp message or email you send us. If a client engagement involves protected health information, the terms for handling it are set out in a separate written agreement with that client.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and proposal forms: your name, practice or organisation name, phone number, email address, specialty, location, approximate patient volume, services of interest, budget range, goals and timeline, as far as you choose to fill them in.
- Messages and calls: anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or phone, including your contact details and the content of your message.
How our forms work
As currently built, the forms on this website do not send your entries to our web server. When you submit one, the website prepares a WhatsApp message containing what you typed and opens WhatsApp on your device. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that message. If we change how forms work, we will update this policy.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. It records pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring website and similar usage data, using cookies or similar identifiers.
- Embedded and hosted resources: some pages load fonts, icons or Google Maps from third-party servers, which can receive your IP address and browser details when the page loads.
- Browser storage: the site may store a small preference in your browser session, such as remembering that you closed a banner. It is not used to identify you.
4. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and discuss our services with you.
- To run, secure and improve the website and our content.
- To measure which pages and topics are useful, using aggregated analytics.
- To keep business records and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
- To send follow-up messages related to your enquiry. We do not run a marketing mailing list from website form entries without your agreement.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:
- Service providers that help us operate the website and our business, such as our web host, Google (analytics and maps) and WhatsApp / Meta (messaging).
- Professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers, under confidentiality.
- Authorities when the law requires it or to protect our rights, safety and property.
- A successor if our business is reorganised or sold, subject to this policy.
6. Cookies and analytics choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies may affect how some features work. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to limit analytics where our setup allows.
7. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond, to run any resulting engagement and to keep reasonable business and legal records. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in our Google Analytics account. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for this website. No system is completely secure, which is another reason not to send sensitive patient information through the site or by WhatsApp or email.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, for example under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the EU and UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. These can include the right to:
- know what we hold about you and request a copy
- correct inaccurate information
- ask us to delete information, or restrict or object to certain uses
- withdraw consent where we rely on it
- complain to your local data protection authority
To exercise a right, email info@medigrow360.com. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will reply within the time the applicable law requires.
10. International processing
We are based in India, and the providers named above may process information in other countries, including the United States. By using the site and contacting us, you understand your information may be transferred and processed outside your own country.
11. Children
Our site and services are for businesses and professionals. They are not directed at people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
12. Links to other sites
The site links to third-party websites, including our parent site and social platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
