1. Agreement to these terms
By using medigrow360.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by MediGrow360, part of SerpWize.com.
2. What we do
MediGrow360 provides digital marketing services to healthcare practices, such as search engine optimisation, paid advertising, website development, social media, reputation management and related consulting. The Site describes those services. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement with you, and if it conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails.
3. Not professional advice
Content on the Site, including blog posts, city and specialty pages and compliance notes, is general marketing information. It is not legal, medical, regulatory or compliance advice. Advertising and privacy rules for healthcare differ by country, state and profession. 4. No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, search engine and advertising platform changes, budget, your market and your own operations. 12. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site, and update these terms, at any time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Maharashtra, India have jurisdiction over disputes, unless a separate written agreement with you says otherwise or mandatory law in your country provides differently.
